Kaiser Ice Textured Table Lamp. Designer or Artist: N/A Year Of Design: c. 1960s Company or Studio: Kaiser Country: Germany. Height: 500 mm / 19.7″ Width or Diameter: 170 mm / 6.7″. Notes: An original vintage table lamp by German lighting company Kaiser Leuchten, made in the mid- / late-1960s. It comprises polished brass elements and heavily textured glass columns with an ice-like design. The lamp has been refitted with a vintage-style E27 Edison Screw Bakelite bulb-holder with in-built switch, and has been wired with a generous length of premium vintage-style Italian-made twisted cable with a bold, contrasting bright blue braid. Condition Report: Some tarnish spots with wear & tear to the base, otherwise in excellent condition. A unique, large, original Kasier desk / table lamp model nr 6787. This is a very large lamp, the shade measures 37cm / 14.5 inches in width, t. He ht is approx 16.5 inches. The condition is very good, but with the odd mark here and there, note; there are no dents/dings to the lampshade, nor anywhere else on the lamp. Weight approx 7 lbs or 2.5kg – it’s quite heavy.
